This elegant depiction of the revered Buddhist teacher Samantabhadra Buddha is at the top center and is fanked
Tsongkhapa, is the sixth in a set of ffteen thangkas which by two Tibetan teachers on each side. The central Buddha
chronologically depict his life and teachings. Beautifully is surrounded by two monk attendants and six smaller
rendered with vibrant pigments and gold, this work is a beautiful Buddhas above, some of which are identifable: Akshobhya,
example of the stylistic achievements of the period. Maitreya, Medicine Buddha and Amitabha Buddha. The white
fgure with four arms at the bottom center is Chaturbhuja
Lokeshvara, with a red dakini to his right side and wrathful
blue fgures on both sides.
