款識：實父仇英摹張擇端筆。鈐印：「十
洲」
題跋：
（吳奕）右仇十洲臨張擇端清明上河圖也，
宋人尚工麗，而擇端此卷窮變態極天乃矣，
金元之世皆藏天府，時人莫得而識之，迨
後散軼流轉而歸太常朱公，自是名滿天下。
十洲得以摹之也，十洲臨摹為當代名家宜
其精妙若此。延陵吳奕。鈐印：「三山五
□山人」
（陸粲）煙霞山人陸粲曾觀。鈐印：「齊
齋」
