A LARGE RED TIXI LACQUER
RECTANGULAR TRAY
LATE MING DYNASTY,
FIRST HALF 17TH CENTURY
The rectangular tray with indented corners is
carved on the interior with bands of pommel scroll,
and the exterior is carved with a band of classic
scroll above the low foot of corresponding shape.
