A SANCAI-GLAZED GLOBULAR JAR
TANG DYNASTY (618-907)
The globular jar is well potted with an incurved
mouth, covered with a cream-colored glaze
streaked in amber and green draining in rivulets
to the foot. The interior is unglazed.

‘GUANYIN’ CENSER 越窯缽:1998年11月8日購於三藩市
FIVE DYNASTIES (907-960)
The alms bowl is covered overall with a yellowish-brown glaze with
the exception of the base left unglazed exposing the grey biscuit.
The censer is potted with a row of seated figures of Guanyin around
the shoulder and flanked on both sides with loop handles. It is
covered overall in a greyish-celadon glaze stopping in an irregular
line above the buff biscuit foot.
