              A PAIR OF HUANGHUALI  'OFFICIAL'S HAT' ARMCHAIRS
              19TH-20TH CENTURY
              Each has an elegant S-curved back splat carved with a ruyi and supporting
              a curved crestrail, above the mat seat and cusped aprons and plain
              spandrels. The whole is raised on round-section legs joined by stepped
              stretchers and a footrest at the front.
