款識：王文治臨。

畢沅（1730-1797）跋： 王夢樓同年丹徒名下士也，善詩文，精音律。其書法之妙，尤冠絕
一時。嚴君冬友張君瘦銅咸欽服之，今秋吾山舅氏以趙文敏真書千
文一冊見餉，驗其文當是舊時拓本，因倩夢樓以泥金臨數本，分贈
同人者，此其一也。爰識數語於尾。戊戌（1778年）七夕前二日，
靈巖山人畢沅記於青門節署之石供齋。
楊善深（1913-2004）題簽條： 王文治千字文。丙子（1996）三月善深題。

註： 耶溪之客鄭四，即鄭履公，名遵謙（?-1646），明末浙江餘姚人，生於會稽，父鄭之
尹。陳氏《寶綸堂集》中多有詩篇記述往還。
