七 73. Stemcup, gao zu bei, the deep bowl of lobed quatrefoil form, on a thin stem with high relief rope band above the eight petal, fluted,
十 splayed foot, carved on the exterior in low relief on each side with a flowering camellia between leaves and branches above rockwork,
三 the shorter sides with lotus flowerheads and leaves above a pair of ducks with their heads turned, above a central rock and stylised
waves, all beneath an incised character shou, qing, shou, xi, ‘longevity, celebration, longevity, happiness’, the stone pale celadon.
花 2 ⅞ inches, 7.3 cm high; 2 ¾ inches, 7 cm long; 2 ¼ inches, 5.7 cm deep.
