Of large ovoid shape with lid and raised on a
high pedestal foot. The exterior black-lacquered
decorated in gold hiramaki-e with scrolling vines
and flowers. The interior lacquered in red.

Condition: Small chips along the borders and
surface, one chip in the interior, subtle scratches
and a crack on the interior red lacquer
