AN YIXING STONEWARE BRUSH REST 清 宜興紫砂乾果蓮藕筆架
QING DYNASTY (1644-1911)
「鳴遠」篆書方印
The curved brush rest is modelled in shades of beige and dark brown, and
is applied with a lychee, peanut, lotus pod and lotus shoot. The underside is
impressed with a two-character seal mark reading Ming Yuan.
