A VERY LARGE FAMILLE ROSE PAINTED ENAMEL LOBED TRAY
QIANLONG PERIOD (1736-1795)
The tray is decorated with a central foral design of blossoming peonies,
prunus, fnger citron and iris enclosed within a border of scrolling foliage and
stylised fower heads. The lobed cavetto has further fower and fruit sprays
in cartouches between panels of stylised black foliate scroll. The reverse is
similarly decorated with a central foral spray.
