Qing Dynasty
Each similarly cast with taotie masks and
archaistic designs with central flanges on a
leiwen ground, flanked by stylised dragon
head and loop handles with pendent tabs,
two vessels with further decorative bands to
the feet, one with cast Xuande seal mark.
The largest: 16.5cm (6 1/2in) across the
handles (3).

Xuande six-character mark, Qing Dynasty
Comprising: a tall vessel cast with a band of
taotie and archaistic motifs interspersed with
flanges; a smaller vessel cast with pairs of
chilong flanking circular bosses; and another
with beast mask legs and chilong and loop
handles. The tallest: 17cm (6 5/8in) high (3).
