The Immortal holding a peach in her hands, with her attendant to
her side holding a prunus branch just below the Immortal’s flowing
ribbons, both wearing draping robes, rosewood stand, fitted box.

A WHITE JADE ‘DRAGON AND PHOENIX’ VASE
19th century
The baluster vase of flattened form flanked by a pair of peony heads
issuing from a long stem in the beak of a phoenix flanking the vase,
the other side with a scaly dragon, all on top of craggy rockwork, the
stone of even white tone, hongmu stand. 10.3cm (4in) high (2).

A PALE CELADON JADE ‘MOUNTAIN’ BOULDER CARVING
20th century
Deeply carved in the round to depict a scholar sitting before a stream
beneath an overhanging pine tree and among jutting rocks, the
reverse with a pathway partially visible between rocks running down
to a jetty where a boat is moored opposite a pine tree.
