A PAIR OF GILT-DECORATED ARCHAISTIC WINE
VESSELS, JUE
QIANLONG FOUR-CHARACTER SEAL MARKS IN IRON-RED AND OF THE PERIOD (1736-1795)
The vessels are finely potted in imitation of early archaic bronzes with a c-shaped handle
to one side and resting on three tall legs. The body is decorated in gilt with four dragon
roundels amongst clouds.
