A VERY FINE FAMILLE ROSE GLOBULAR TEAPOT
Qianlong period, circa 1745
Painted in rich enamels on each side with peony sprays rising from
a grisaille and gilt vase alongside a gilt censer set in a traveling box
alongside ribbon-entwined lotus with leafy pads and finger citrus
alongside and a small dish with a peach, pomegranate and melon
below the spout, a thin band of key-pattern at the neck, matching
cover with bud finial.
