An enameled Yixing snuff bottle
1800-1880
Well-potted, of flattened ovoid form with a spreading neck, flat lip,
oval foot ring, painted on the smooth brown ground in light-colored
enamels to one side with blooming prunus branches and a flopping
magpie, the reverse enameled in purplish-blue with elegant bamboo,
the recessed foot covered with a layer of white enamel.

Probably Daoguang period
Of tapering hexagonal form with a cylindrical neck, flat lip, circular foot
ring, painted in pleasant enamels and penciled black on a cobalt blue
ground depicting two magpies and flowering prunus branches.
