         A DRAGON-HORSE

         The large pebble is superbly carved as a longma (dragon-horse),
                                                           +BDL -PXFOUIBM Ⅷ⻦
         with a pair of scrolls tied to its back by a long beribboned sash,
                                                           4  .BSDIBOU   4PO卿ٳᘹ卿     ჺ   ᝲ
         looking back at dragon-tortoise, luogui, with a volume of books
                                                           ᭢៏⒢ྒྷᏑⅧ⻦
         similarly tied to its back, both rising from waves which make
         up the lower part of the carving, utilising the brown skin of the
                                                           ൣ⿫
         materials. The horse is carved with scaled flanks with flames
                                                           (SPTWFOPS )PVTF ऒⶸཿ卿ٳᘹ卿     ჺ   ᝲ
         emanating from them. The stone is of an even, semi-translucent
         white tone with a soft polish and concentrated areas of russet skin.  ⮐㙽
