AND OF THE PERIOD (1723-1735)

This small bronze vase is a great example of the minimalist archaistic
taste of the Yongzheng period. Covered in a beautiful brown patina,
the zun-form vase is undecorated except for a pair of meticulous
elephant head-shaped handles.
