                                                             the cylinder movement stamped ‘Japy’, striking on a gong, with
                                                             accompanying campagna shaped garniture vases, all raised on

                                                             a late 19th century French bronze and porcelain clock garniture, the
                                                             mantel clock with gilt Roman numeral dial and architectural garden
                                                             views, retailed by ‘John Bennett, Cheapside, London’, the movement

                                                             The blue enamel dial with Roman chapter, twin train movement striking
                                                             on a bell, the case flanked by cylindrical pillars and with landscape
                                                             porcelain panels, urn finial, on giltwood base, the movement signed
                                                             ‘R & G Paris and London’, the porcelain panels variously inscribed to

                                                             porcelain brass mantel clock with urn finial above a Roman numeral
                                                             dial supported by figures, the base with panels of gallants, on giltwood

                                                             24cm high; an early 20th century French lacquered brass four-pillar
                                                             time piece, 22cm high; an early 20th century brass carriage clock,
                                                             retailed by E. Thomas, Paris, the circular enamel dial and alarm
                                                             indicator, striking on a bell, 15cm high; another French carriage clock
                                                             with silvered dial, the movement chiming on bell, the case engraved
                                                             ‘Mrs Humphreys’, 16cm high; and two further brass timepieces
                                                             16.5cm high and 15cm high respectively. (6)
