AN EXCEPTIONALLY RARE EARLY ENGLISH LEADED BRONZE
POSNET
13th or 14th Century
The near spherical body with flared rim and decorated with two wire
mouldings, on three raised rectangular-section legs, the tapering
handle supported by an open brace, decorated along its length with
circles, and with a downswept kicked terminal hook, 31cm wide,
15cm deep, 22.5cm high.
