          AN INSIDE-PAINTED CRYSTAL SNUFF BOTTLE
          ATTRIBUTED TO WANG XISAN, DATED TO THE FIRST MONTH OF
          SUMMER OF THE GENGXU YEAR, CORRESPONDING TO 1970
          The bottle is painted on one side with a bird perched on a magnolia
          branch gazing down upon two bees. The reverse shows a dragonfly
          flittering above a blooming lotus plant next to an inscription with the
          date. The base is inscribed in blue ink Wang Xisan zuo (made by Wang
          Xisan).
          2º in. (5.7 cm.) high, quartz stopper
