The bowls are molded on the interior with four fsh swimming foral scroll. The sides are similarly decorated with shaped panels
amidst waves above a sea creature in the center, and cut on the enclosing bamboo, peony and lotus blossoms, and the base has the
exterior with radiating lines, all under a pale greyish-green glaze. maker’s stamp, Zhang jia zao.

kilns at Huangbaozhen, Tongchuan, Shaanxi province.
