A FAMILLE ROSE CUP
YONGZHENG PERIOD (1723-1735)
The cup is fnely enameled with a cockerel
standing on a rock formation amidst leafy
blossoming peonies and chrysanthemum
beneath a diaper border.

A FAMILLE ROSE FOLIATE DISH
QIANLONG PERIOD (1736-1795)
The interior is painted with two cockerels,
one standing on a tall rock formation and
the other on the grass below, all within a
shaped panel reserved on a diaper ground
painted with composite fower blossoms,
beneath the fat, everted rim decorated
with panels enclosing blossoming branches
between chrysanthemum forets.
