covered overall in a dappled bright cobalt glaze, the sides finely painted in gilt with two registers of variously shaped cartouches
each enclosing idyllic landscape, some with scholars or fishermen enjoying the tranquil setting, decorative gilt bands in various
patterns at the foot, shoulder, neck, and rim, the interior and base glazed white
