Korea, Goryeo Dynasty, 13th century Korea, Goryeo Dynasty, 13th century and possibly 14th century
Comprising: a bottle vase with inlaid flower sprays decoration; Comprising: a celadon ground bowl decorated to the interior with
a cup-mouth vase with inlayed white slip bands to the neck and cherry blossoms alternating with pomegranate sprays, the centre
shoulder; an olive celadon cup-mouth vase with iron oxide stylised with a blossom surrounded by a ruyi-shaped band, the exterior with
trees; a bowl with sanggam decoration of peaches to the interior and a band of foliage scroll and reserved chrysanthemum blossom; a
chrysanthemum roundels to the exterior below bands; a moulded celadon ground bowl with pomegranate decoration to the interior
undecorated celadon bowl; and a small jar with a white slip ruyi-head and florets in white and black slip to the exterior; and a celadon
band decoration to the shoulder. The tallest: 29.8cm (11 3/4in) high ground bowl with stylised clouds on the well and a band of four
(6). reserved chrysanthemums to the exterior. The biggest: 21.6cm (8
1/2in) diam. (3).
