set on a neat recessed oval footrim, carved
to each side with confronting bats encircling
a cash symbol; the fossiliferous limestone
bottle with dense speckled markings,
stoppers and boxes.

an exotic bird perched on rockwork amongst
flowering plants, the stopper in the form of a
