           A CARVED ‘CIZHOU’ ‘FLORAL’ JAR
           YUAN/MING DYNASTY
           the heavily potted ovoid body applied with a thick brown glaze,
           reserve-decorated against the buff-coloured body with a band
           of stylised floral scrolls carved through the glaze at the rim
           38 cm, 15 in.
