           A FAMILLE VERTE RELIEF MOLDED SQUARE VASE
           Kangxi period
           The stoutly potted square-section body supporting a tapered shoulder
           rising to a flared neck, with diaper borders to the rim and neck, each
           side of the neck decorated with molded auspicious scholar objects in
           high relief well integrated into the painted background, the four panels
           of the body each molded with an immortal and a boy attendant in a
           landscape setting, each of the four main panels with an inscription in
           ink and a painted seal, the splayed foot enameled with flora.
