 A LONGQUAN CELADON COLD-  A LONGQUAN CELADON 'BAMBOO-NECK' VASE  Longquan vases of this elegant form have been sought after since the
 WATER JAR, MIZUSASHI  MING DYNASTY (1368-1644)               Southern Song period. The encircling lines at the junction of shoulder
 CHONGZHEN PERIOD, DATED BY INSCRIPTION   10¬ in. (27 cm.) high, Japanese wood box  and neck and the second-lowest line on the body appear to be linked
 TO THE NINETH YEAR OF CHONGZHEN                              to luting lines. The fine, raised lines give the shape one of its Chinese
