 A PAIR OF HUANGHUALI 'SOUTHERN OFFICIAL'S   埃莉ピgPg布і納珍藏  The 'southern official's hat' armchair is one of the most popular forms
 HAT' ARMCHAIRS  十ˑ 十Ջˠ紀ǎ黃花梨南官帽椅ˏ對  in Chinese furniture construction. They differ from the 'official's hat'
 17TH-18TH CENTURY  Ϝ源   armchair in that their crestrails continue into the back posts as opposed
 埃莉ピgPg布і納珍藏, 新ખ西哥, 2013年͠עՆ藏  to extending beyond them. The continuous line of the crestrail joining
 44º in. (112.4 cm) high, 24º in. (61.6 cm) wide, 20º in. (51.4 cm) deep
          into the rear upright posts is achieved with a rounded, right angle joint
 $120,000-180,000  called a 'pipe-joint,' which is again used to join the curved arms to the
          front upright posts. A smaller pair of huanghuali 'southern official's hat'
