              With raised banding on the flared neck and tall foot, the globular body
              with well-cast taotie mask and ring handles, the surfaces displaying
              malachite green and blue encrustations.

              Warring States period
              The globular vessel raised on a flared foot and cast with three rows
              of addorsed gui-dragons and one of a twisted rope chain set off by a
              pair of taotie masks suspending single rings, the decoration repeated
              in modified pattern on the cover under a rounded flat handle, the
              interior pierced for use, the surface covered with a malachite patina
              and earthen encrustation.
