The vessel with a deep U-shaped body rising from three splayed Collection, Washington D.C., 1987, p.195, pl.18 and p.251, fig.36.2. A
triangular blade legs to a pointed rim opposite a guttered spout flanked related bronze jue, Shang dynasty, was sold in our Hong Kong Rooms,
by a pair of posts capped with conical ‘fire-whorl’ medallions, the 26 May 2014, lot 193.
