A LONGQUAN CELADON-GLAZED
‘LOTUS’ DISH
14th/15th century 71
Robustly potted with shallow rounded sides, the
interior boldly carved with a single lotus spray within
a double line medallion, covered overall in a lustrous
sea-green glaze, a wide unglazed ring on the base
burnt orange-brown, wood stand.
