北宋 仿定窰執壺 金 定窰印花卉紋大盤
the globular body rising from a short spreading foot to a flaring neck, set to one side of the shoulder with a short with shallow rounded sides rising from a short tapered foot, finely moulded to the interior with a medallion enclosing
curved spout and to the other with a tall strap handle adjoining the neck, covered overall in a pale straw-coloured glaze four pairs of lotus blooms wreathed in dense foliage, encircled by a keyfret band and a broad band of foliate peony
scroll around the cavetto, covered overall with a transparent creamy-white glaze pooling in characteristic teardrops
h. 16 cm down the exterior
