           Junyao chrysanthemum-shaped dishes are rare. A fine and rare small
           Junyao ‘chrysanthemum’ petal-rimmed dish, 13th/14th century,
           slightly larger in size than the present lot, was sold at Bonhams
           London, 9 November 2017, lot 36. Another example, formerly in the
           collection of Lord Rolf Cunliffe and later in the collection of Professor
           and Mrs P.H.Plesch, exhibited in the Ju and Kuan Wares at the Oriental
           Ceramic Society, London, 1952, no.19, was sold at Bonhams Hong
           Kong, 27 May 2012, lot 9.
