                                                                 素萼枝枝封蜜蠟,明珠顆顆進珊瑚。
each well potted with near concical sides rising from a short
foot to a gently everted rim, the exterior enamelled with a
continuous scene detailed with ornamental rockery, floral
sprigs issuing from a gnarled trunk, one side decorated with
a pair of rams, the reverse with a ram, inscribed with a poem
in black comparing the floral blooms to coral, with three seal
marks reading xian chun (‘early spring’), shou gu (‘longevity’)
and hui qing (‘purity’), the base inscribed in underglaze blue
with a six-character seal mark
13.6 and 13.9 cm, 5⅜ and 5½ in.
