QING DYNASTY, 19TH CENTURY
the rectangular top formed from a single panel,
above intricately carved openwork aprons
and spandrels, baskets issuing fruiting, leafy
boughs to one long side and a ruyi-head motif
to the other, the shorts sides with lion-masks
suspending beribboned pendants terminating in
aring tassels, all resting on four square-section
legs ending in scroll feet
