beasts by illuminating a thin Middle Path to the Western Shore Buemon, each signed Yoshitoshi and variously sealed Yoshitoshi,
between flames and floods. Yoshitoshi no in, Taiso; consisting of Shikason tsukiyo (The village of
17 x 19 1/2in (43.2 x 49.5cm) the image the Shi clan on a moonlit night) [#6], Haso no tsuki (The moon through
a crumbling window) [#30] and “Moon over the pine forest of Mio” with
