Signed Wang Xiaoling, Republic Period
The face enamelled with a boat visiting a
cliffside, with a five line inscription and red
seal, the base with a red seal mark; together
with a blue and white dish with a scholarly
scene, with an inscribed dedication to Peter
Wain, Modern.

A SMALL ENAMELLED ‘KOI CARP’ DISH
Signed Zhou Xiaoxiang, Republic Period
With an inverted rim, the well brightly
enamelled with two carp amongst
waterweeds, the base with a four-character
mark; together with a small blue and white
bowl painted with birds and flowers and an
inscription to the reverse, the base with a
four-character huatong chumin mark.

AN ENAMELLED TEAPOT AND COVER
Republic Period
The seal paste box lid finely embellished
with an insect and accompanying poetic
inscription, the base with a six-character
zhonghua minguo nianzhi mark; the
compressed tea pot with a moulded spout
and handle, finely enamelled with a riverside
scene with scholar and attendants, the
reverse with a poetic inscription, the lid with
an unusual fist knop, the base with a seal
mark.
The teapot: 18cm (7 1/8in) wide (4).
