1849–1850 Pair of cups

Mottled dark green nephrite
China; late 18th to early 19th century
H 5.8 cm, 5.7 cm; D 9.7 cm, 9.8 cm
With thinly carved sides, rounded below, spreading lip and
splayed ring foot. The outside carved with a lotus scroll band
between borders of ruyi-heads at the rim and petal panels below.
