a gently ared rim, painted to the exterior with
a green and a red dragon striding amidst oral
sprays in pursuit of ‘ aming pearls’, divided by
a pair of swooping phoenix, all below a band of
‘Eight Buddhist Emblems’ interspersed with ruyi
emblems, the interior with a central medallion
enclosing a dragon and a ‘ aming pearl’, the base
with a six-character seal mark in underglaze blue

exterior with two dragons striding in pursuit of
‘ aming pearls’, divided by two phoenix in ight,
reserved on a leafy oral ground, all below a band
of ‘Auspicious Emblems’ and ruyi at the rim,
the interior with a medallion enclosing a further
dragon and ‘ aming pearl’, the base with a six-
character seal mark in underglaze blue
