Piyali Basak sponsored by Rotary India successfully climbed the highest mountain in the world, Mount Everest. It was a rare
achievement being the first woman to climb the 29035 feet high Mount Everest without any supplemental oxygen. She
proudly hoisted the Rotary Flag, Theme Flag and Rotary Empowering Girls Flag.
