                                   2017 CONVENTION SPEAKERS









                      MIKE JONES
                      Mike Jones, CAI, BAS, GPPA, president of United Country Auction Services, headquartered in Kansas City, Mo., was
                      inducted into the Auctioneers Hall of Fame during the National Auctioneers Association Conference and Show on
                      Thursday, July 19 in Spokane, Wash. Jones is the first and only member of the 63-year-old professional organization to
                      attain the auction “Triple Crown”. He is the 1998 International Auctioneer Champion, served as NAA president from
                      2004 to 2005 and is now a 2012 Hall of Fame inductee.

                      WENDY LAMBERT
                      Wendy Lambert is the latest recipient the NAA’s title of Women’s International Auctioneer Champion (IAC). In July of 2014, She
                      emerged from a field of 92 competitors and also serves as the new ambassador for the National Auctioneers Association for the
                      coming year. Wendy is a native of North Texas and entered the auction world in 1994. Working alongside her husband, Doak
                      Lambert, she has engaged in all aspects of the auction business from planning, marketing, and calling bids for auctions. Her love
                      for the auction industry is contagious.  She captivates a crowd with her warm enthusiasm and sense of humor. In 2013, she was
                      named the Texas Champion Auctioneer.

                      JACKIE LEMONS-SHILLINGBURG
                      Jackie  is  the  Co-Owner  and  Operations  Manager  of  Lemons  Auctioneers,  LLP  and  Online  Pros.  She  is  a  2nd  generation
                      auctioneer and has been working within the auction industry since 1991. Jackie attended the IQ School of Auctioneering in Quitman,
                      Texas under the supervision of Gayle Ingram and received her auctioneer’s license in March of 1997. Jackie specializes in conducting
                      live  and  online  auctions  for  Business  Liquidation,  Real  Estate,  Educational  Institutions,  Cities,  Counties,  Oil  Companies,
                      and for the Commercial and Industrial Industry. Jackie is a State Ambassador for the National Auctioneers Association and a
                      past Board of Director for the Texas Auctioneers Association.  In 2012 she won the Pat Massart award through the National
                      Auctioneers Association (CAI) and received the Leadership Award through the Texas Auctioneers Association in 2008, 2012, and
                                              2014. Jackie is a proud graduate of the Professional Ringmen’s Institute and the NAA Certified Auctioneers Institute, CAI, 2013.
                      JEFF MESSER

                      Jeff Messer is a nationally known real estate educator for 33 yrs, consultant, coach, motivational speaker, broker & professional
                      auctioneer. Jeff is a TREC approved Instructor and has taught thousands of students as a Professor of Real Estate on a College
                      level since 1986. He has served with great firms like Ebby Halliday, C21, Remax, Keller Williams and is currently the Broker in
                      Charge and principal Auctioneer of Great Western Auction & Appraisal Services with offices in Myrtle Beach, SC Asheville, NC &
                      Dallas, Tx.  Jeff holds multiple degrees, designations and licenses in multiple states and is a regular favorite speaker at national,
                      state, and local conventions.

                      LOUIS MURAD
                      Louis Murad, Benefit Auction Specialist,  is a professional, full time, licensed auctioneer specializing in the Charity Fundraising
                      Arena. Louis is a native of Dallas and a graduate of Jesuit College Preparatory School and Southern Methodist University. He
                      works all over the country and is a member of NAA & TAA.




                      KENNY OSBORN
                      Ken Osborn is the General Manager of ADESA-Dallas. During his 30-plus-year career, Osborn has contributed to the vehicle
                      remarketing industry in a variety of roles as a used car manager in his hometown of Amarillo, Texas, a partner in an independent
                      auto auction, a general manager and executive in corporate auctions, as an active NAAA member, and even as a licensed
                      auctioneer. Over the years Osborn has been a dedicated member of the NAAA. He has served the association as a President,
                      board member and co-chair of the membership committee. He is also a past president and board member of the Western Auto
                      Auction Association and has received the New Mexico Independent Auto Dealers Association Horizon Award.

                      LANCE SWIGERT
                      Lance Swigert, Vice President of SWICO Auctions, started working full time with SWICO Auctions in 2008 after graduating with
                      a Bachelors’ degree from Texas A&M University and Master’s degree from Oklahoma State University. Lance graduated from
                      Texas Auction Academy in June of 2005 and soon after received his license. Lance is a member of both the Texas Auctioneers
                      Association and the National Auctioneers Association. He is currently serving as a member of the Texas Auctioneers Association
                      Executive Committee as President-Elect.
