“ For this assignment, I’m designing a poster for the final
presentation event of our Year 1 Sem 1 project. I like
muted, minimalist composition, which is reflected in my
design language for this poster. Albeit my initial design
was considered nice and simple, it was criticised for
not containing information such as logo. Hence, in my
upgraded version, I added in the DARC and UM logo. I
also modified my font to make it neater while removing
unnecessary graphics. The colour has a muted palette
to give it a minimalist, contemporary look. “
