“ For this assignment, we were asked to
pick a 1:100 section or a 1:20 section to
be done digitally for our final
Interim 2 composition. For Interim 2, i sent my draft
of my 1:100 section as I was planning to

have that as my digital section.
However, as I progress to drawing
checkpoint, I decided to change it to
my 1:20 detail section. I think a digitally
done sectional detail can better show
my assembly of materials compared to
Drawing checkpoint manual.

It was a challenge nonetheless as I had
to be patient drawing the details.
Fortunately, the ability of AutoCAD to
zoom in, create array and undoing errors
speeded up my progress. It also enabled
me to create a clear, comprehensible
detailed section. All in all, I really
appreciate how AutoCAD can help me
to finish my drawings much faster and
more accurately. “
