Becoming a Member
As a new and revolutionary initiative for the Cambria group, it is a really exciting time and fantastic opportunity for associates to contribute and be part of its development and evolution by becoming a Member.
What is a Member status with Inspire?
An Inspire Member will have direct input, either as an Elected Representative, or through their Elected Representative to help the development, design and implementation of initiatives, processes and policies that support the future of Women in Cambria.
They will receive feedback from all the forums and can participate as a potential Mentor (with training) and have the support of an allocated mentor during their employment with Cambria.
Additionally, particate in surveys and data collection to better understand challenges, barriers and success for Women in the Industry and the group As Inspire develops, a Member may be involved in events, activities and training (female only training pathways) designed to meet the Inspire goals.
Who can become Member?
Any associate who wishes to be part of the initiative to achieve all the core focuses can join Inspire, female or male. Whilst initiatives will be aimed at Women in Cambria, all contributions are needed to support its evolution. This is a community for Women not made of Women.
There will be occasions where there will be female only closed events to create a safe environment in certain activities and feedback sessions. Initiatives will be designed to increase the overall representation of females.
How to become a Member?
Within a month of joining the business an associate is sent an invitation and can apply to become a member at any time by applying at Member - Sign Up
As part the of initial launch, this is open from 01 September 2022.
