Inspire Representative Forum
Phase 2 - Jan 23 (approx.) Develop a group of mentors, who will receive training, to support the female associates in the business.
Phase 3 - May 23 (approx.) The Excellence Hub will develop training & career progression pathways to support the ultimate objectives & core focuses of Inspire.
Phase 4 - Sept 23 (approx.) Inspire will hold events, whether internally or externally to support female representation in the automotive industry and Cambria. We will celebrate success.
Phase 1 – Sept 22
This is the starting point of the initiative; the launching forums. We will invite associates to become Members & then implement the elected reps to attend forums on their behalf. The Inspire structure & activities will be developed during the forums.
