receipt the certificates, mandates, powers-of-attorney, palavers or any other administrative
documents or acts falling within the objectives set in this framework agreement, granted to the
company BIGWATER CONSULTANTS GROUP LTD – M Joe LIGO.

- While of course not being restrictive in this presentation.

- AS SUCH, COLLECT ALL DEEDS AND DOCUMENTS; grant discharge.

- REPRESENT the constituents before any administration, organization, institution,
territorial, provincial, communal, customary authority or any direction of state
competence or not, with the Government of the Republic of Vanuatu, but also
before any Commission, assembly, body, administration, and generally stipulate any
other conditions that the principal may please.

- REPRESENT the principals before any company, establishment, foundations,
association, union, to take note of.

- REPRESENT the principals before any customary authority the customary authority
of IFIRA, in particular its great Chieftaincy and the customary authorities of the areas
of customary, economic and commercial influence where the materials will be
delivered, (the island of EFATE, IFIRA, SANTOS, TANA, Others, the list drawn up
above not to being exhaustive);

- HAVE the designation and origin of land ownership ESTABLISHED, and to this end,
contact all kinds of territorial, provincial, communal, customary, district, or clan organization or
administration, etc.
