TWO HEADS ARE BETTER THAN ONE

I WAS NOT THE FIRST TO TOW A KAYAK BEHIND ME.

These gentlemen took two Inflatable Sea Eagle 420x or 380x older models down the Missis-

sippi River. These “high pressure” kayaks are virtually indestructible and you can run over
them with a car. One stress test actually shows a 420x being run over by a jeep, and a guy
pounding on the same kayak with a claw pin hammer.

They are Class 4 whitewater rated and can be seen going over waterfalls.

Inflatable kayaks have come long ways and while the canoes and canoe building is still seen on
the Mississippi River as popular, like the Paddlewheels, they are fading fast from common us-
age. While the Paddlewheel will never really disappear, it’s hey day is over.

SO TOO THE CANOES POPULARITY IS WANING FAST

The Sea Eagle 370 Sport Kayak, and the Modified Intex Explorer K-2, My “Eloquence” and
the “Kayackanoe” were low pressure Kayak though one was rated Class 3 Whitewater. The
other was what is commonly called a ‘bath tub boat” that with modifications handled the Mis-

         sissippi river just fine.
