TRY TO NEVER USES THE CALL BUTTON, but wait if you can till a person shows up.
(Don’t Steal) But take home anything your being charged for, it goes in the trash in the hospital or should. Yes you can use later
CLOSE THE DOOR, after a person leaves, the hall ways is drafty and loud.
If you have an IV, learn how to roll with it so you can close doors or go to bathroom.
Always mute the TV if your watching when someone comes in, subconsciously they react to it too loud.
If everyone there is washing hands, YOU WASH YOUR HANDS TOO, A LOT.
Try to keep a deodorant or a lotion around and use because sick you stink.
Brave and Vulnerable will get you farther then being a jerk and most sick people in hospitals can behave better.
If offered anything at all, ACT LIKE IT’S THE GREATEST THING IN THE WORLD AND YOU WILL GET EVEN MORE
