So what’s the rains did begin to let up some I had hope to dry out but unfortunately no real sunshine still did come. It
appeared just fog and it became denser.

And it began to rain in the middle of the fog.

Now that I found interesting because it was foggy and yet it was raining. Not wet fog or soggy fog but rain in the fog .
I’m not quite sure how that works unless it was raining from higher up and the fog was low ground fog but either way
everything was getting wet except for me sitting underneath tarps inside.

The rain did let up at times long enough for me to walk out, look around, verify it was wet everywhere and make sure the
sand was absorbing it and not making a lake to drown my tent. I even dug a by pass mini trench around the tent just to
be safe of run off.
And I had left winter in Utah to come to sunny and warm Louisiana …….
